My name is Tomas, and I founded Marketing by Consultants because I was tired of seeing ambitious businesses let down.
For too long, I watched agencies promise the world, undercharge for their services, and inevitably underdeliver, leaving clients with wasted budgets and missed opportunities.
With over 15 years of experience in the marketing landscape, my journey has been diverse. I’ve been a marketing executive, an operations manager, and a senior digital consultant specialising in lead generation SEO for the leisure industry.
My time as an Operations Manager, in particular, shaped my core philosophy: marketing must serve the business, not the other way around. It must be accountable, efficient, and relentlessly focused on the bottom line.
This led to my ‘aha!’ moment. I saw how many marketing relationships were merely transactional. My passion is to go deeper. I am fully invested in the businesses I work with, delving into company goals, audiences, and operations to find opportunities for real growth.
